Floor Plans

Research shows that potential buyers want to see the layout of a property making floor plans the 2nd most important feature on a listing.

Twilight

Both Actual Twilight and Virtual Twilight photos make the property stand out by  enhancing the natural beauty of the sky. This eye-catching technique can help the exterior of a property stand out amongst all of the other properties advertised on a listing site.

  • $275 - Twilight (In-person)

  • $375 - Twilights (summer - later twilight times)

  • $45 - Virtual Twilight (per image)

Videos

Not only do videos help your brand as a realtor stand out to attract more potential listings, they also help buyers understand the layout of a property.  Videos can be especially helpful for out of state buyers.  Statistics show that sellers are 73% more likely to list their properties with an agent that uses videos.

  • $650 - Horizontal video with Drone clips ( Branded and Unbranded - can be used on MLS).

  • $275 - Social Media Reel - One take style with drone clips (continuous clip) or Highlight Reel w/drone (just the highlights of the property).  Both include one with music and one without)

  • $199 - Drone only horizontal or vertical video.

Headshots
